Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our website.

  • Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of shipment
  • All shipments include insurance and require a signature
  • Delivered packages are tracked to your door

International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination:

  • Canada: 5-7 business days
  • Europe: 7-14 business days
  • Asia/Pacific: 10-21 business days

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused parts in original packaging. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll provide a full refund or exchange.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must not show signs of installation or use

How to Return an Item

  4. 4Ship the item using the provided return label
  5. 5Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of our receipt

Return Shipping

Return shipping is FREE for defective items or our errors. For other returns, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different model or variant. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange. Exchanges ship free of charge.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Items with damaged or missing packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Allow 3-5 additional days for the credit to appear on your statement.
